What is your definition of happiness?
Research in the field of positive psychology and happiness often define a happy person as someone who experiences frequent positive emotions, such as joy, interest, and pride, and infrequent (though not absent) negative emotions, such as sadness, anxi and anger .Happiness has also been said to relate to life satisfaction, appreciation of life, moments of pleasure, but overall it has to do with the positive experience of emotions.
The key to these definitions is that positive emotions do not indicate the absence of negative emotions.A happy person experience the spectrum of emotions just like anybody else, but the requency by which they experience the negative ones may differ. It could be that happy people don't experience as much negativ emotion because they process it differently or they may find meaning in a way others have not.in fact, using the phrase happy person is probably incorrect because it assumes that they are naturally happy or that positive things happen to them more often.Nobody is immune to life's stressors ,but the question is whether you see those stressors as moments of opposition or moments of opportunity.
Research of where you are on the happiness spectrum, each person has their own way of defining happiness.philosophers, actors, politicians, and everybody in between have all weighed in on their own view of happiness.Read some of our favourite definitions below and let us know what resonated with you.

Dear, Sir/Madam
I'm writing this letter to support the Council to make park an alcohol-free zone. It's a very good thing. I agree with it.It's important.
Firstly alcohol can make people emotional .When drunk people may in get fighting with each other and people can cause many dangers.
Sacondly'alcohol can make the park dirty.come people drink and eat in the park. They make rubbish every where.
Finally, alcohol is bad for body and make you sick. For all of these reasons I support the Council to make the park an alcohol-free zone.

HIGHS AND LOWS OF AIRLINES
Yet there is only one on it - and it is not one of the Australian Carriers.
Andy Hine is a customer of that airline who has had no end of trouble getting a dispute resolved . And when I say no end , I really mean no end .
Mr. Hine turned to public Defender for help with his complaint against the airline after he and Quynh Ngo filed 30 ''e-cases between February and July this year seeking a $380 refund on a flight booked in her name.
The airline told public Defender the delay had been due to the need to translate documents from Vietnamese. it promised to provide a refund, which it has since confirmed in writing to Mr. Hine .
While dispute levels revealed in the first editions of the official consumer complaints register are very low, Mr. Hin's experience shoes companies need to do more to resolve issues raised by customers. Having to raise your problem 30 times is utterly ridiculous.

Computers in classroom help students to learn new things. Digital technology is used to enhance and leading to more frequent use of computer resource within classes, and a decrease in the student to computer ratio within schools. Teachers help students to use the computers. Students can work and help people in other locations. If students spend long time in the computer room, they will not go outside to play and just staying in it is not good because the eyes will be tried and students will be without food and drink. If you're lucky enough to have good teacher and a motivating group of classmates you can enjoy using computers in your classroom.

I'm 47 years old .We left Iran sixteen years ago because of the economic situation in the my country. I arrived in Australia with my three young children . When we first arrived I studied at A C L 510 hours to learn English .
I tried to learn at home watching television and talking to my grandchild .I returned to study because I wanted to learn more English . It's difficult sometimes because most of the other students are younger then me .
